BTFU Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Good Morning, I have an ISY 994i/IR PRO w/ the Z-Wave module added on. I recently updated to v4.6.2, and after the upgrade, I noticed that under the Z-Wave Menu, it says: ! Z-Wave Dongle Not Responding and below that is an option to upgrade the Z-Wave firmware. When I attempt to upgrade the firmware, it runs for several minutes until showing me an error saying the update failed. I've included the relevant log data from the system. Any ideas? rccoleman Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Have you tried rebooting the ISY? I had mine get into that state a while ago and it fixed itself through a reboot.
BTFU Posted September 4, 2017 Author Posted September 4, 2017 Have you tried rebooting the ISY? I had mine get into that state a while ago and it fixed itself through a reboot. Thanks! That did the trick. I had previously tried rebooting through the GUI, but doing a full shutdown seemed to fix it.
sandryseibert Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I had the same issue, solved by simply power cycling...
