Event Viewer Codes?

While trying to troubleshoot a program, I used the 2.7.0 version Event Viewer application. I was able to see all the messages coming into the ISY, but could not figure out how they relate to the Programming Language.

 

For instance:

 

2009/03/09 20:10:08 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 0E.3B.B0 00.00.01 CB 17 00 LTMCON (DOWN)

 

What does "LTMCON" relate to in the drop down list for the:

 

IF (CONTROL) is [ON, OFF, FASTON, FASTOFF, FADE UP, FADE DOWN, FADE STOP, BRIGHT, DIM]

 

I was not able to find this information here or the WIKI. Perhaps I don't know the proper search term?

 

Any Info would be appreciated.

LTMCON = Begin Fading (UP or DOWN)
