Error when trying to add a new z-wave device

In the ISY admin when I add/include the zwave device.

 

I hit the button on the zwave device, isy responds by adding it.

 

I get an error that basically says to remove and try again.

 

Then I get a new device called:

ZW 028 Uninitialized Device.

 

 

Same issue and same error on two different Kwikset doorlocks

And I have the door lock next to ISY when I hit the button to add it.

    It's a good idea to not only exclude a Z-Wave device prior to adding it, but to do it twice!

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
