Aeotec Multisensor questions

I have 6 of those sensors recessed and all discovered. I keep reading that the is a device option button for those devices and also saw the image of someone's ISY console. I don't have the option button on my console. I am running 5.0.10.

I also went to device parameters and checked #64 to 1 in an effort to change the temperature from F to C and that didn't do a thing.

Finally, I am powering those devices with a USB charger and would like the values of the sensors to be close to live as possible. right now I have to query the devices to get temp reading for instance.

I would appreciate some help setting it up

I'm running 4.6.2 and have access to all the device parameters via the option button.

5.0.10 is an alpha release and may not fully support what you're looing for. If you want a fully functional and stable ISY then you should run 4.6.2

I am on 5.0.10 and am able to change the Parameter Value for 64. The steps I took were entering 64 in Parameter Number and selecting query. It will then show the current Parameter Value. I update the value to what I want it and select set. I see it update within a few seconds in the temperature box in the console. Not sure why it isn't working for you.

Although I also do not have an options button. Do you mean that you have seen an Options button down by the Query button for your multi sensor 6? Do you have a screenshot of this?

I have attached a photo of how mine appears. I also never get an UV Light value either for any of my 3 multi sensor 6 devices.

2 of the sensors switched and the other 4 haven't. I am not sure why, but perhaps they need a restart.

As for the options button, I have the same screen you have sumguy.

Finally, W/R to the device query frequency, I set the wakeup time to 1 min on the main device screen. and I don't see the device being queried every min (the device green LED comes one every time I wake it up manually). is this what the wake up setting is meant to do? I want the parameters to be refreshed every min

If you right click on the MultiSensor then click on Zwave your options will be there.

If the sensor is powered by external power you can query and / or set options without having to press a button on the sensor.
