I have two of these Motion Detectors. I have created programs in my ISY Adm. Console so that when motion is detected a selected light goes ON for a set time.

However there is a lag of several times before the light goes on. Is there a way to change the parameters of the Motion Detector so that the light goes on immediately ?

what sensitivity setting are you using for the MS

Post a copy of the program you're using to turn on the light

Here is one of the programs.

The programs look OK

Being that these sensors are "pet friendly" I would assume that there's a built in delay or lag time in order to prevent a pet from triggering the sensor.

Have you tried tweaking the sensitivity setting on the sensor?

I remember setting it on highest sensitivity. Maybe I buy another brand and see if it works better. Can you recommend a good motion detector ?

Aeotec multi-sensor 6 (Zwave), available on Amazon. Works well with ISY.
