The ISY itself shows Offline, Registered under Portal Integration - UDI, with only a refresh button. It's been this way for over a week. I've tried deleting the ISY and re-adding it from the portal page, along with updating from 4.5.4 to 4.6.2, with no change. What am I missing? How do I get things talking again? Quote Link to comment

For instance, if you go the the configuration tab of the admin console, and click synchronize now next to NTP, what happens.. does that work, or error out? Any changes to your internet/network, like a new router? The DNS server I had been using is apparently no longer valid, which the NTP query tipepd me off to. Updated that and we're in business. Thanks again! Quote Link to comment
