I am trying to link my Harmony hub to my Google home. I get to the point to authorize and it just goes to the please wait screen and sits there. I have waited about 30 mins a few times and it never completes. Anyone have suggestions?

Had to get another phone to set it up.

Okay I have it set up and getting some shortcuts set up, so far it is vaugly functional but could use some tweaking. Is anyone able to pull up the guide or make shortcuts for it to select "okay" or enter button? What are your tricks to make it work well?

I can’t find harmony in google home app. Where are you adding it?

 

Ok I had to ask google to link harmony and then card shows up in app and then I could link. What I haven’t figured out is how to unlink it if I ever want to.

Ok since I’m in Canada to unlink (in order to update friendly names) you must use the assistant, in my case on iPhone.

 

Press blue button in top left

 

Explore

 

Search harmony

 

Scroll down and there is unlink option.

 

To relink:

 

Ok google ask harmony to link my account

 

A card will show up in google home app with a link
