During portal installation, I went to the configuration tab to check the status and it says Offline! Not Registered.

 

I have tried everything.  help

Can you describe more what you did, for instance did you complete the setup at my.isy.io? You need to add the UUID (Help, about in the admin console) of your ISY to the portal to complete the connection on both sides. If you did that, what does it say there?

Thanks.  I fixed it after thinking about it later.  I had the ISY system not in DNS mode.  I checked the box and I was able to complete the connection.
