December 17, 20177 yr Hi, Welcome to the UDI Forums. Can you describe more what you did, for instance did you complete the setup at my.isy.io? You need to add the UUID (Help, about in the admin console) of your ISY to the portal to complete the connection on both sides. If you did that, what does it say there? Paul
December 17, 20177 yr Author Paul. Thanks. I fixed it after thinking about it later. I had the ISY system not in DNS mode. I checked the box and I was able to complete the connection. Thanks for checking in.
