flemingmike Posted January 8, 2018 Posted January 8, 2018 hi, I only have a blue light and my switch doesn't show any activity on the port isy is plugged into. my devices aren't plugged responding to any programs that I have so I believe there isn't a plm communication either. any ideas for that to try next? thanks
stusviews Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 Just to be clear, it's the portal that you can't login to, not the Admin Console? How are you trying to login to the portal?
