jknapp74 Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for my question, but I've lost my Remotelinc 2 and now I am unable to delete it or linked scenes. Any suggestions on how I can remove the remotelinc from my ISY? Thanks, Joe
paulbates Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Hi Joe, Welcome to the UDI forums! Are your devices and scenes in folders? Those need to be moved to the "root" folder of main, then they can be deleted Paul

I haven't started using folders yet (I haven't figured out why I would use them) and I don't see any folders under the Main tab. In the Main tab I have all of my devices listed under Network > ISY and then all of my scenes are just listed under Network. Should I create a folder called "main" and move devices or scenes that I want to delete to that folder? Thanks, Joe
oberkc Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 In my experience, if nothing is in folders, then deleting your remotelinc buttons from any scenes should work, then just delete the remotelinc from your device list.

Before I posted, I attempted to remove one of the remotelinc buttons from a scene but stopped when I was presented with a screen that told me that I needed to put the remotelinc into communication mode. I decided to hit okay and the button was removed. Yay! Thanks again!
