ISY is not responding via Alexa and MobilLinc App. Can access ISY locally.

This is happening to me as well.

Same here, it was working around 630am PT this morning, it's not working now.

 

Can log into my.isy.io, but when trying to have the portal connect via ISY web access, or pull up the log, it fails.

Could you please unpin some of the older update stickies from the forum?  Ones from two years ago are probably stale by now

My portal account says "Offline since Friday, February 16th, 8:24:10 AM "  if that helps ???   Alexa responds " the hub is not responding" etc.

Apologies for the inconvenience. One of the servers is not responding and we have escalated to level 1 support in Amazon. I will keep everyone posted.

All seems to be working now.  Thanks for your prompt attention to the matter

Still having issues with Alexa and Google home. The last few days it is been delayed but today it just will not work.  

Voice commands, web access not agave work right now. The ISY was rebooted this morning.

I just signed up fro portal.

All I get is error ISY not online.

I can access it fine from mobilinc and admin screen

If you are using the Mobilinc portal, you cannot use the UDI portal. It needs to be one or the other. If you choose the UDI portal you can still use Mobilinc by connecting to your ISY and not using the Mobilinc portal.

Well I have a long term subscription to MobiLinc.
