Multisensor values not updating in log

Using Zooz ZSE40 multisensor and seems to work fine when viewed from 5.0.10 admin console and in programs. However, when I look in the log the values for temp, humidity and luminance never change. Entry intervals vary, which makes sense because it should only report when change levels exceed parameter values. It would be nice to be able to look in log history and see accurate values at a point in history. Any ideas?

    No response here, so I submitted a support ticket and Michel responded on Sunday even when I said it wasn't a critical problem. Quick and easy update to 5.0.12 solved the problem. I was not having any other issues so I was not keeping up with minor updates. Lesson learned.
