Posted March 25, 20187 yr I am running on ISY version 5.04. I am having a problem where I turn a light on and it immediately turns off. If I turn it on 2 or 3 times it will stay on. It will do this when executed by programs, Alexa, tablets, and switches. It doesn't do it all the time. I also have this issue with Insteon and Z-Wave devices. It started off just with kitchen devices but has spread through out the house now. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
March 25, 20187 yr These are the steps I would take if this were to happen to me : Check my programs for possible conflicts Reboot my ISY Restore most recent backup or post here again if none of the above work
March 25, 20187 yr The best place to start is to get an event trace: tools>diagnostics>events. Set it to level 3 and repeat the activities that are causing the problems, noting which thing you did first, second. Post the event log for that time here in a post. If the affected devices are controlled by programs, post the program for the first thing you tried above in the event log Paul
