mykanderson Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 I am running on ISY version 5.04. I am having a problem where I turn a light on and it immediately turns off. If I turn it on 2 or 3 times it will stay on. It will do this when executed by programs, Alexa, tablets, and switches. It doesn't do it all the time. I also have this issue with Insteon and Z-Wave devices. It started off just with kitchen devices but has spread through out the house now. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

paulbates Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 The best place to start is to get an event trace: tools>diagnostics>events. Set it to level 3 and repeat the activities that are causing the problems, noting which thing you did first, second. Post the event log for that time here in a post. If the affected devices are controlled by programs, post the program for the first thing you tried above in the event log Paul
