new router, ISY is no longer on local network

Hello,
I have an ISY for a few years and I really like it!
I have a problem, since that I changed my router last week, I can’t  see the ISY on the local network. I don’t know what is the new IP adress and then i can’t access it anymore. I try to restart everything and even reconnect it to the old router, but nothing works. I scan my wifi network with "Fing" to see everything connected and nothing.
Can you help me?
