Can't delete a program and scene

I'm a new ISY and Agave (on Android 7.0) user.  I created a program and an Insteon scene on the ISY which showed up very nicely in the app.  I later decided to delete the scene and program in the ISY, but it still shows up in the app.  I've tried manually refreshing by hitting the icon in the upper right corner, and the updating circular arrow spins briefly, but the program and scene remains.  Is there something else I need to do?

This can happen if the app is not aware of the removal.  The clear this up, go to Settings -> Data & Sync -> Refresh Data .  - Make sure you have a good internet connection
