some devices are not responding

Hello I done some searches on this and found either it works or does not,  my issues is a bit different with 32 devices about 80% work with echo, but 20% say device x is not responding, yesterday i redid complete portal and alexa deleting everything because i changed some switches around and portal kept old id and did not sync correctly with the isy with new id, all devices work from dash board and mobilinc, iv double checked portal all devices are listed and have spoken names, i checked alexa and deleated troubled devices and readded but no luck, any help would be great. Thanks

EDIT these devices were responding until i re did the portal and alexa
