Switch not responding

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a switch that seems to have stopped working. It is part of a 3-way circuit where a scene was created with both switched added as controllers. Communication was fine and when I query the device (togglelinc dimmer) it gets seems to get results but when I run a program using adjust scene it doesn't respond. Also when I try to manually adjust the switch from admin console it does not respond. It does respond when I use the physical switch.  Any thoughts as to whether it is the switch or something else? I don't know the syntax to read the logs.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

You may want to do a power cycle reset in case it is confused. Maybe by power line noise. Cycle the breaker off, wait fifteen seconds, power back on or pull the  Set button out to open the Air Gap Switch. Wait fifteen seconds. Push the set button in but not past its normal resting place. See if anything changed.

In the Tools, Diagnostics,  Show  Device Link Table to read its Links? Then do a compare from the displayed links. To see if what is in the module matches what the ISY994i has in its links.
