MWareman Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 Tried the old url, but after a reset what is the default IP address? Thanks, O By default, it uses dhcp to get an IP from your router. Most of us do static IP reservations to prevent this kind of issue...
OD Green Posted May 20, 2018 Author Posted May 20, 2018 Ok, I went to a different computer and installed java, downloaded the admin.jnlp. It worked, restored the backup and all is well, mostly Went back to primary laptop uninstalled Java, removed folders, reinstalled Java, re booted, downloaded admin.jnlp and it still doesn't see the ISY, and needless to say it won't run the dashboard from the browser. Only difference is laptop is wireless and the one that works is wired, they both are connected to the same network... Are they using different gateways? Oh, well, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, Oscar
