feng.shue Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 I'm currently having problems with my Echo, sometimes it doesn't detect or connect to my Wi-Fi. I have restarted the router and such, but still won't work. I tried with my Lenovo Smart Display and works just fine if not better. The screen just gives so much more features than any other devices, the reason why I got it in the first place, and the camera shutter in the display is just life changing. But I still want my Echo to work, I've tried emailing/calling Amazon, but they only keep on telling me to reset my router or check through the app, which I have done for the past 4 days. Anyone had the same problem? Quote
larryllix Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Welcome to the forum! What frequency do you have the Echo on? Try moving the Echo a few inches. Sometime you get reflections off surfaces. Are you close to an Airport or under s flight path? 5GHz modems must change channels (on most frequencies) if they every hear radar. Quote
