Echo Wi-Fi Problems

I'm currently having problems with my Echo, sometimes it doesn't detect or connect to my Wi-Fi. I have restarted the router and such, but still won't work. I tried with my Lenovo Smart Display and works just fine if not better. The screen just gives so much more features than any other devices, the reason why I got it in the first place, and the camera shutter in the display is just life changing. But I still want my Echo to work, I've tried emailing/calling Amazon, but they only keep on telling me to reset my router or check through the app, which I have done for the past 4 days. Anyone had the same problem?

What frequency do you have the Echo on?

Try moving the Echo a few inches. Sometime you get reflections off surfaces.
Are you close to an Airport or under s flight path? 5GHz modems must change channels (on most frequencies) if they every hear radar.
