Glynr Posted September 20, 2018 Share Posted September 20, 2018 I can't log in on the new ISY link. It shows the ISY but when I go to open the dashboard, all I get is a spinning icon. Any ideas? Link to comment

Glynr Posted September 21, 2018 Author Share Posted September 21, 2018 4.6.2. I did a hard reset on the PLM and was able to access the ISY. I'm in the process of finishing a total home remodel and need to add additional Insteon devices. Link to comment

For 4.6.2 firmware and below, as well as 5.0.12 firmware and below, you will get the original ISY Finder when you launch. Link to comment
