Program question with door sensor

I have three door sensors programed to notify me when door is opened. That works without a problem. What I would also like is to be notified when door is left opened for a set time.  Also I never see the door closed status report to the ISY. It is alway blank on the ISY... Should I see the closed status like on a leak sensor you get wet heartbeat and dry status.

Thank you for any information.

My open/closed sensor shows closed status.  Is this the door sensor you have.  If I recall correctly, there may be settings which would affect whether the closed status appears.  From the manual, this may be called "multi-scene" mode.

You could use a program to notify you after a period of time if left open, but that would likely require having the sensor configured to send closed status.

I have read the manual again and see multi-scene mode. However I am not using these as controllers. I have a program that sends me a notify when the door is open. What I would also like is to be notified when door is left opened for X amount of time. In my ISY the closed status is blank.

For the program question

If
    door sensor open is on
then
wait xx minutes (hours, seconds, whatever you want for the open period)
    send notification

If the door closes within the time you specified, the program will cancel and no message. If the wait finishes, you'll get a message

Hi,

This is what all my Triggerlinc/Open/Closed sensors look like in the Admin Console.  The Closed nodes do nothing, AFAIK.  All my programs/scenes are triggered off the Open node (the only one that changes state other than the Heartbeat).  Logic has to follow the Opened node.  If the door is not opened then it must be closed.

If I'm wrong and then I haven't figured it out yet, then maybe someone can chime in.

P.S. the nodes that are blank other than the Closed nodes show blank because they have yet to be triggered after an ISY reboot.  As you can see below, there are two devices that have yet to  be triggered.  FYI...Furnace RM Door is an Triggerlinc that has no heartbeat.

1.  Utility Power Resumed
2.  Front Door Sensor (this one is sitting on my shelf in which I've linked it to the ISY, but have yet to install it so it hasn't been triggered...
