I have a 4-way light circuit.

The 3 switches are linked to each other and all can turn the light ON/OFF.

Indication of ON/OFF is seen on all 3 switches.

I set up the "On Level [Applied Locally]" of Switch "A" (connected to the load) to 60%.

I did the same for the other two switches.

Only switch "A" goes to 60% when you single click the ON paddle.

The other 2 switches go to full 100% even though their "On Level [Applied Locally]" are also set to 60%.

Is there a way to get the other 2 switches to also go to 60% when you single click the ON paddles?

Did you do it to the individual devices in the scene itself?

You nailed it!  

That was the problem.
These sliders were at 100%.
After moving both to 60%, all switches now single tap to 60%.
