AndyGross Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 I just installed 2 new 2663-222 On/Off Outlets. Commands sent to either .1 or .2 both control the top. I cannot control the bottom. Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Did you factory reset the new device before linking to ISY? These things can come with strange and unknown problems from the factory. If you did factory reset it, or decide to try it now, you can right click on the device in the admin console device tree and select restore. (any battery devices must be in linking mode first). It's very easy and quick. ISY is your friend here.
AndyGross Posted November 3, 2018 Author Posted November 3, 2018 I did not factory reset it but I did try the restore device. It didn't help.

Then try the factory reset and do the restore. Mosr devices involve holding down a button while you power it up. Don't let go until the beeping stops.
larryllix Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 <See previous post> I found thishttps://cache.insteon.com/documentation/2663-222-en.pdf Download the manual and save it, not the link to it. See Page 28
AndyGross Posted November 3, 2018 Author Posted November 3, 2018 So... tried factory reset of both devices and then restored. Same behavior. I am at version 4.7.3 for both firmware and UI. Weird thing... I have a different double outlet that is now behaving the same way. Commands to top or bottom both change top.
ellisr63 Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Glad I saw this post as I did not know that there was a outlet that both could be controlled. Can you also dim?

ellisr63 Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 It's not a dimmer so it can't dim Thanks, the ones I have are dimmers, but only control 1 of the 2 outlets. I will have to check out the ones you got now.Sent from my SM-T550 using Tapatalk
