Live update is missing from my portal in echo connectivity.

It was removed in the last Portal update.

    You're right. It's missing for me as well. I tried unlinking and linking again but no change. I'm also receiving and error in the portal "Devices are not available HTTP error 500"

    I think we were thinking the button gets re-enabled automatically, and you're say that the live up date feature is automatic and no longer requires us to select it.

    +1 here, assumed functionality was removed, didn’t bother since never worked as it should have

    Not sure I understand. Live Update was removed in the last maintenance release. It's enabled automatically. If you have other problems, please submit a ticket or provide more details.
