Hello,

Can someone confirm that the Toggle Link switches will or will not repeat 

the signals from a ISY 994i??

They are powerline only, not dualband. They will not affect the performance of Insteon RF devices in the vicinity

I also thought they were powerline only but when I took a look at the specs it shows an RF range of 100'.  Either they updated the switch or the specs are incorrect.

Thanks techman. I have several of them, albeit older, and they are definitely single band. I looked up the spec too and saw this. The remainder was x10 specs, so I think think the reference to rf was incorrect. The manual refers to the need for dual band bridge to support operations, but does not state that the togglinc supports dual band.
