I've factory reset the device, there's a repeater close by, I've linked similar switches on the same floor (and phase). I've tried using all three methods of linking this one device and each time the PSY finds the device, but is unable to add it to the ISY. Below is the communication log. I'd appreciate any help before I pull out the tools and attempt to replace it. TIA. Based on advice from this thread I'm going to replace the unit in location and try the current unit on the bench (near my ISY) to see if it's defective. Thanks for everyone's help.
