This subject comes up very frequently in so many forums and people have a hard time grasping it. People just can't grasp raising the ground voltage around them to match the voltage of their electrical equipment and that "ground voltage" is not some absolute zero voltage constant everywhere. Copper comm lines in hydro electric stations are even more fun, where the utility creates high voltage ground areas. Along comes a fine copper with voltage from 40 miles away! "You touch it! No!
