johnmsch Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 I have been using MobiLinc Pro for a few years and decided to give the new MobiLinc X a try. Loaded it on my iPhone and it connected to my ISY. After playing with it for a while, I realized that I don't need or even want all that extra functionality. I deleted the app and will stay with the Pro version. Now when I try to login to the Admin Console, I get the two attached errors. Could MobiLinc X have somehow trashed my configuration? I even rebooted (unplug, wait a minute, plug back in) but still get those same two errors. Any suggestions as to how to get the console working again? Thanks
johnmsch Posted June 23, 2019 Author Posted June 23, 2019 Nevermind. The answer was right in front of me. When I rebooted the ISY, it got a new IP from the router. All is well.
slimypizza Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 A static IP for your ISY is the best way to go and will avoid future confusion.
larryllix Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 Peg the IP address down in your router using the DHCP reservation table. Don't turn off DHCP in your ISY.
