killian Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 I’m trying to set back up my ISY994i that I previously had connected to a Windows XP on to a Windows 10. Is it possible? Is there any software/firmware that I need to upload. I don’t have any of the disc that came with it originally
Techman Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 No software is needed. Just click on backup in the admin console and your backup will be saved to the location you designate on your windows 10 machine.
killian Posted July 17, 2019 Author Posted July 17, 2019 Im not seeing the Admin Console. This was so much easier in XP. Kind of confused what I need to do. I have the unit plugged in to my router.
TomL Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed. Clear your Java display. Launch ISY Finder https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp . Maybe these steps will help.
