Eddie81904 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Hello all I bought my ISY 1.5 years ago and I set it up like 80% I have not logged into this for about 1 year and I now am facing the following issues If I log in to the my ISY I no longer see my device I also have a new laptop and I can not see the device on the laptop it is blank asking me to add a device I have was looking at doc to reset it and I did with a paper clip in the front at boot up no luck still get the same thing Can someone point me in the right direction how to set this thing up before I put this in the trash and go back to a more easier unit to use

How long did you hold the paperclip in for? You may have inadvertently reset the isy which would have erased what you had. Did you make a previous backup?

If you haven't, I would unplug the ISY, wait 30 seconds and plug back in. Paul

Did you set up any programs? Are the programs running or just devices working
Eddie81904 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 I beleive they are working if I unplug my PLM from the wall I get red flashing lights on all my inteon switches all my devices are insteon I have only one program that's it it turns off all devices at 12am
