brobin Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Would it be possible to delay the issuance of a "Cannot Communicate With XX.XX.XX Device" until all trys have been exhausted? I am often greeted by these messages when firing up The Admin Console or just while things are running but the command was indeed received and the device status is correct. The errors I get are caused by too much traffic rather than communication problems.
Michel Kohanim Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Hi brobin, I think we can have options to suppress errors/warnings altogether (or store them somewhere that you can view later) but we cannot do that temporarily. With kind regards, Michel Would it be possible to delay the issuance of a "Cannot Communicate With XX.XX.XX Device" until all trys have been exhausted? brobin Posted June 28, 2009 Author Posted June 28, 2009 If they could just go to an error log, or even the existing log, that would work.
Michel Kohanim Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Hi brobin, Thanks so very much. It sounds good and it shall be added to our list. With kind regards, Michel If they could just go to an error log, or even the existing log, that would work.
