Socket Open Failed java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Hello Everyone,

I noticed the other day that Mobilinc stopped working and didn't control my lights, which was odd because it always works.

I then went on a computer and loaded the Universal Devices Administrative Console.

When I try to toggle a light on or off, nothing happens and then I get an error saying: Socket Open Failed java.net.SocketTimeoutException

What's strange is that as I do this with multiple different lights/switches, it does sometimes work.

It seems like some switches are working and others produce the above mentioned error (and don't work).

As I poked some more buttons in the admin panel, I also got this error:

Could not open config file to read

[/CONF/INSTENG.OPT]

Could not open file

[/CONF/INSTENG.OPT]

I've never seen these errors before.

Any idea what's up?

I haven't done any maintenance or added any new devices or anything like that.

Firmware: 4.7.3
UI: 4.7.3
