NewTech Posted July 5, 2009 Posted July 5, 2009 Me again! After several very brief (less than 10 seconds each) power outages in a time span of about 35 minutes during a storm I am now receiving a pop-up window that reads "Auto Update Failed" when I log into my system. Is this something to be concerned with? The ISY and all its components are working just fine!
Michel Kohanim Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Hi Mike, Welcome back! It simply means that your "computer" cannot access the Internet and thus cannot find our Auto Update site which notifies you of the latest firmware available. I wouldn't worry about it. With kind regards, Michel Me again! Now that the storms are behind us and our power has stabilized I have not seen that message. I would like to say that my system is working exactly as I expected it to work. I've even been able to try some unique programming and these new programs work exactly as I designed them to work! Thanks for all you assistance!
Michel Kohanim Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Hi Mike, I am so very glad to hear that everything is working. Thanks so very much for the update. With kind regards, Michel
