Posted October 22, 20196 yr I had to change a switch today and my silver RemoteLinc is a part of that switch. For some reason now the RemoteLinc won't update when I do the update. Anyone have any tricks that I am not aware of? Thanks.
October 22, 20196 yr I had issues with both silver and black Remotelinc remotes. In my case I found the remote could not be close to the 2413S PLM. I think it was within the RF range of the 2413S. I moved the remote to the other end of the house. So it had to use a different Dual Band Module to send and receive the remotes RF and the power line communications between the PLM and the remote. You may want to try putting it into the Linking mode at a distance away from the PLM and see if anything changes.
