brandwidth Posted January 11, 2020 Posted January 11, 2020 I made a backup earlier today, and when I restore it to the ISY it makes the device unreachable. I can successfully ping it from another machine, but it doesn't respond to web or telnet requests. I've tried doing a factory reset and then a restore - after the reset the device is reachable, but once I restore it becomes unreachable once more. Any suggestions?
Michel Kohanim Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 @brandwidth, Most probably it's because the backup's network settings are static and they do not match your existing network. When you are asked to choose network, make sure you choose DHCP. With kind regards, Michel
