Restoring from backup makes ISY unreachable

I made a backup earlier today, and when I restore it to the ISY it makes the device unreachable.

I can successfully ping it from another machine, but it doesn't respond to web or telnet requests.

I've tried doing a factory reset and then a restore - after the reset the device is reachable, but once I restore it becomes unreachable once more. Any suggestions?
