andyclay Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I'm currently in the trial mode of the android version of Agave. I tried to use the backup feature that allows you to save to a different place. When I press that button nothing happens. Am I just missing something? Can anyone give me the steps they use to do this? Please keep in mind I'm totally green using the app at this point.
DennisC Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Settings, Data & Sync, Backup & Restore, Share Selected Backup, Continue, select from "share with option". I just tried it and it worked for me. Prior to doing this I made a backup. As far as I know, the backup needs to be completed first, then go back in and select share. Not sure if this feature is enabled for the trial.
