Keypadlinc failure?

I have a brand-new 2487S Keypadlinc Relay -- just installed

It is a replacement for another 2487S KPL that was also brand-new -- but I have been having some odd issues so I thought maybe the first one was defective

Behavior:  On/Off buttons work a few times (audibly cycling the relay), then get stuck in "Off" position -- airgap reset is the only way to get the device to work again, then repeats issue

Two different KPL's now with same behavior

Note:  This device was installed to control some pool lights -- KPL was installed downline from a GFCI outlet (wouldn't be surprised if that is part of the issue)

I am able to control the load (pool lights) connected to the KPL via ISY/scenes/etc -- communication doesn't seem to be the issue -- but it only works a few times until it locks up (as above)

Any and all thoughts/suggestions appreciated!

What else is on that circuit? Pump, motors, fanS?

One possibility would be the load is causing noise and effecting the controller. Noise can sometimes lock up the controller.

A Air Gap cycle. Does a power cycle reset of the module and it again functions for a few on off cycles.

Can you test if with the Load wire disconnected and see if anything has changed?
