smokegrub Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 I have an ISY located over 300 miles from where I am located. This morning none of my numerous devices were displaying their status. I turned on a couple of lights then used my Wyze cameras to see if they turned on. They did. I then turned them off and the cameras confirmed they were, in fact, off. Looking for suggestions as how I might deal with this problem of ISY not displaying the status of any devices. I need to do so remotely.

If this condition happen all status will be lost until that device has been activated. Another possible root cause is if you disable the 3 AM Query all where the 994 Series Controller normally calls out to all devices as to their current operating status. The last possible cause is a failing 2413S PLM and the system begins to drop hardware links / associations. If your 2413S PLM isn't on the latest 2.5 hardware revision the *A Typical* 2 year service life may be the root cause.

dbuss Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 (edited) I'm experiencing the same thing when logging in through the portal today. It seems to have corrected itself now. I logged out and logged back in using the portal and the device status was not showing. I clicked on the programs tab and the programs loaded then the device status became available. Javi Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Ok not just me. I have had this error all day but it has not resolved. Rest working, but socket returns the following Code 404 Error contacting sub.server:ETIMEOUT @Michel Kohanim
smokegrub Posted March 12, 2020 Author Posted March 12, 2020 I just returned home and checked the status of the remote ISY. All devices are now correctly reporting their status. From the other comments it seems apparent there was some problem with the portal connection. Thanks for the feedback.
Javi Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 All is good here also. Although it would be nice to know what causes this error as this is the second day in the last month where I have encountered this error code.
