Posted March 21, 20205 yr Hi, It's been awhile since I logged into the ISY Portal but when I tried it just now it says "access denied". I'm sure I'm using the correct password but went ahead and did a password reset and never receive the email notification. Is there currently a problem with the ISY Portal? Can others login to their accounts? My current Amazon Alexa functionality still works but I can't login to make changes. TIA Mike
March 21, 20205 yr I just checked mine and I was able to log in without any issue. Sorry I can't help with your issue though.
March 21, 20205 yr You should open a ticket, to save time be sure to include your UUID from the admin console (Help > About). support@universal-devices.com
March 21, 20205 yr IIRC it's not the same credentials as your ISY but rather your UDI credentials.Sent using Tapatalk
