Hi,

It's been awhile since I logged into the ISY Portal but when I tried it just now it says "access denied".  I'm sure I'm using the correct password but went ahead and did a password reset and never receive the email notification. Is there currently a problem with the ISY Portal? Can others login to their accounts? My current Amazon Alexa functionality still works but I can't login to make changes.

I just checked mine and I was able to log in without any issue.  Sorry I can't help with your issue though. 

You should open a ticket, to save time be sure to include your UUID from the admin console (Help > About).

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
