Hello everyone,

We will have a maintenance this Sunday 04-12-2020 at 5:00 AM PDT which will last for up to 1 hour. During this period, your ISY will disconnect for a few brief moments.

New feature:

  • Hint Editor: Under Connectivity there will be a new option which allows to manually edit the "Hint" of a Nodeserver node.

Maintenance:

  • Install OS patches

Just found this thread, as my ISY has gone offline a little while ago (green dot in ISY portal still there, but lost connection to Amazon, Google, etc.

@bmercier; I believe the thread title should say 04 (April), not 03 (March), correct?

I probably should have made the above post in this thread instead.

my theory is ISY's that have been restarted can't re-connect to the portal, but if the ISY was already connected before this morning it stayed connected.

So... It's now 1436 EST and I've also noticed that my ISY has dropped offline effectively breaking all of my smart home integrations like Alexa...  What's the status on bringing this back up?  Silence from the organization on something like this is completely unacceptable.  Additionally, simply notifying users via a form post and not an email is additionally unacceptable.

So is yours online with ISY portal and working with Alexa? And if so you believe this is because you didn't restart yours?

Mine was working before this morning. But I did restart it this morning.

For what it's worth, mine was working for a couple weeks without a restart.  It dropped off all by itself earlier this afternoon and still isn't back.  I've tried rebooting twice.

Correct.  my isy is connected to the portal and alexa is working as well.  my isy has not been restarted today.

What firmware are you running?

I have been on v5.0.16C since 17-MAR.  I thought it was less than that, but apparently it was about a month ago that I upgraded.

Same here, ever since it was released.

(I am also offline as of an hour or so ago.)

I've been on v5.0.16C since 3days after it's release.  My ISY was last restarted a week ago exactly, I just looked it was literally this time of day last Sunday.

I did restart today AFTER I had lost connection.

Hello all,

Sincere apologies for the interruption in service. One of the proxy servers had to be migrated and thus the reason for this issue affecting only a certain number of folks (those that were connected to this proxy server). Things should go back to normal shortly on their own. If you have not done so, please reboot your ISY; this will cause ISY to connect to the working proxy.

With kind regards,
Michel

Michael, what about those of us who have been rebooting for the last hour? I just rebooted mine a few minutes ago and it still hasn't come back online. When can we expect this problem to "sort itself out"?

Hi @PurdueGuy,

What errors are you getting in PGC?

With kind regards,
Michel

I emailed you the screenshots.  Requested ISY not online, etc.

I've rebooted twice, waiting for the 2nd reboot to come back.
