Thread title needs to stay at top

Too many off-topic or sliding thread topics posted.

Many time people (myself included) post responses to the last post, then somebody else posts a response to that response etc..

The thread topic is often lost and this can cause tempers to flare or topic subject matter to just be lost.

Thread topic titles could be made to slide and stay at the top of the reader's page when scrolling the posts down the screen.

Sorta like that game where you whisper into the next kids ear and by the time it gets to the other end it's completely different.
