isy portal Devices are not available HTTP error 401

I have been getting this error message for the last 2 weeks in my isy portal."isy portal Devices are not available HTTP error 401"  Devices are not in the drop down list.(Along with all the other catagories) programs devices scenes etc. It does say i am online.

In Alexa she says "the hub the device is connected to isnt responding" but the spokens operate the devices. I have tried refreshing and rebooting the isy and my router.

Can I get some help with this? Maybe point me in the right direction?

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
