Charlie Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 I'd like to buy the Agave ISY Portal add-on. I can't find any way to buy it on the agaveha.com web site. Can anyone tell me how to buy this?

In my Agave settings on my iphone there's a checkbox labelled "Enable Portal Access". It is grayed out and says "Not Installed". I think that I need the Agave ISY Portal Add-On listed for $7.99 at: https://www.agaveha.com/packages/ I bought the Agave Extended package that doesn't include the Agave ISY Portal Add-On so I have to buy this add-on separately. There's an Agave help button on the Agave iPhone app, but it directs me to use the apple mail app to send an email. I don't have that app on my phone so I can't send Agave an email. I looked all over the Agave website for a way to contact support but can't find anything other than links to forums. If anyone can tell me the Agave support email address I'll contact them.

If you go back into the Account area where you purchased the extended access the Portal addon will now be available to purchase. they are only available after an access level is active on the device.
Charlie Posted June 26, 2020 Author Posted June 26, 2020 Thanks James, I had forgotten how I initially bought the Extended plan. For anyone who reads this later: On the iPhone Agave app go to Settings, Account, Access Level. Then you can see what you've already bought and be able to buy more features.
