I lost my connection to Polyglot cloud. Was working fine then something went wrong, like the cloud was no longer available. I removed all node connections from my Portal and now when I want to configure connection again a get Erro HTTP 401. I changed my Portal password but I don't know what else. This Polyglot cloud is a very confusing environment. Help. please.

You get 401 if you have removed the nodes from ISY (which seems to be the case).

Problem is now resolved by your support who removed the nodes from Polyglot and that allowed me to recreate the Climacell node server. Thanks very much ! But I still have trouble installing the LinkTap node server from the Polyglot Store. I entered my API Key in the Custom Configuration parameters but nothing is happening. The node shows disconnected and not running and I don't see any of the other configuration parameters in the details. Please note I'm not an experienced Python developer..... Where can I find more help to configure the LinkTap Node server ? Thanks !
