Non-Working modules

Not sure what is going on but I will try my best to explain. My old PLM went bad. I ordered a new one and it seemed to install just fine but after several LampLinc modules in our master bedroom have become unresponsive. The links between other devices in the bedroom seem to work fine but the PROGRAMS contained within the ISY do NOT function

When I try to do a Device Links Table diagnostic it fails and the admin console indicates it can't read the device. I have tried unsuccessfully to restore the devices but that process also fails.

Thanks so very much for assistance with this delima.

It sounds like the modules and new PLM haven't been linked together.

You followed these steps, correct?

Is it just those modules?   When you turn on or off other devices, the ISY shows an immediate status update for that device?

Maybe when you did the restore ISY could not communicate with those devices? You can try to right-click and Restore Device...

Was the isy unplugged when swapping plms?

The plm needs to be connected to the isy and posted up before the isy

Well, I repeated the process for replacing the PLM and I no longer have "!" next to any of the devices in our master bedroom. I got sidetracked before getting around to plugging the PLM and ISY back in. They were unplugged for about 25 minutes. Hopefully the  programs will run as they have been programmed.
