After selecting "Yes" to close the AC and then re-opening and logging-in again, the second attempt is usually successful. Usually... It would be nice if the pop-up message had a third option, "Retry" as I really do want to login and I'm going to retry manually anyway. Link to comment

This happens to me all the time and at other times all my devices show up with either 100 or 0. In both cases a restart is needed Link to comment
