admin console will not open

When I try to open the Admin console nothing happens.  All I get is the spinning ball.  No error message.  The last time the Admin Console was opened was  16 July.

OS is Windows 7 Professional

Java is current version

I just noticed that the ISY finder does not return the version number.  The ISY has the latest version installed.

  3. Adjust your preference.
