Hi,

I have a ISY99i that i decided to replaced because a keypad failed and on my ISY99i i could see the keypad but not it's 4 buttons... Anyway, thought i could use an upgrade so i bought a ISY994i ZW+IR PRO. I started the linking process it sees my keypad and it's 4 buttons. Great! I have a morning wakeup program that turns on my room light gradually over 9 mins. Been running fine for years. Now i try to program this in the new ISY994i it does not work. The way i did it is i created a scene with my light switch with a ramp rate of 9 mins. I created a program at a certain time triggers that wakeup scene. 2 things happens the light turns on with a ramp rate of 2 secs or doesn't turn on at all. The new version 5.20, I had to upgrade the firmware because i had a memory full kinda message. Anyway i put here the program and scene that i created, please let me know what i did wrong. Thanks

If it's already in the scene set up that way, simply choose the scene and tell it to turn on.

If time is from this to that

Then Turn on scene

Or else turn scene off

I am new to that version 5.20. I don't see "turn on" scene... Only "adjust" scene

Thanks for the help. On your wiki it is showing my old interface (ISY99i) which was working fine.

I changed the "insteon" item for "command on" on the scene, still doesn't work.

Select ‘Your Devices’.
Then scroll to the bottom of the device list and you will see you scenes listed.

Thanks! I finally understood what you guys were saying, i found it under "Your device " like you said.  Now it turn on (yay!!)  but it does it in 2 secs ramp rate instead of 9 mins ramp rate. so i checked again in my scene setup, it is at 9 mins ramp rate.

Any ideas? Compatibility issues? My old ISY99i worked fine with the 9 mins ramp rate in the scene setup.

Thanks again for your help

Edit :

I tried a different ramp rate, i set it up for 3 mins, so now it works with 3 mins. So i know now my scene is ok and my program is ok.

Looks like i can't have a 9 mins ramp rate. Any ideas?

 Thanks

Add info

I seem to remember running into this awhile back, that the 9 min ramp rate didn't work.  I set it to 8 minutes instead and that worked, so I just left it at 8 minutes.

Your memory is correct.

The 9 minute ramp rate was changed to a maximum of 8 minute ramp rate. In the later Insteon switches by Smarthome. I don't remember the reason. I imagine the later ISY99i firmware would also do 8 minutes.
