I've been looking in to Z-wave receptacles and it appears that you only have one that is controlled. Are there any where both outlets are controlled?

Not that I've ever seen. Only insteon makes a dual outlet. There are plug in modules with multiple controls

However they are both synced.  Do not act independently.

Here is on that plugs in and has two zwave outlets.

Could get a single outlet and plug in a zwave plug in module into the always on receptacle.

Innoveli made plug in dual-controllable device.  If you want a power strip, here is one by Zooz.  Zooz Zen20 power strip individually controllable

A Z-Wave power strip looks interesting.

I'm thinking that using a plug in module with the always on receptacle would work in those few places where I'd like to have both receptacles controlled.

Thanks guys.
